What does the Lord want from us?
He is looking for a people who are without spot and wrinkle, seeking Him first in everything. And when we pray, we must not be dull of hearing. He answers us, but are we listening? James 1:21-25 cautions us not to be deceived.
He created us for fellowship and longs to spend time with us. He misses you when you don't come around.

The Invitation
All have sinned and come short of the glory of God. It is impossible to live without sinning. That’s why God provided a sacrifice, His Son. Jesus who did not sin became an eternal sacrifice for all who believe that! He died a horrible death on the cross. He paid an awful price so that you and I could be saved. If you know that you have sinned and want to be forgiven, turn from your wicked ways and accept God’s provision. Pray this simple prayer: Lord, I know that I am a sinner and I want to be forgiven. I accept Jesus as my Lord and turn from all evil. Jesus come into my heart and fill me with your precious Holy Spirit. I am born again. Thank you Lord!
You don’t have to pray it out loud or in a church, but you do need to confess it before others. If you prayed this and believed it in your heart, you are now a child of God. You are saved. You have a home in Heaven and all the angels are rejoicing because you have turned to God! Get a bible and begin reading it. The book of John is a great place to start. Be sure to find others to share your faith with and find a place where you can worship God with others of like and precious faith. Welcome to the family of God!

- Are you a disciple or church goer?
- God has more power to convict of sin that Satan has to tempt.
- Sin is a slave driving taskmaster who demands total commitment & ultimate death.
- Sin operates by deception. No one would sin if death was immediate.
- Looking back is the single most important factor in causing discouragement.
- Do not go where you think blessing is, but go where God sends you.
